Our Fun Activities: We are very outdoorsy and LOVE to travel! Crabbing, fishing, boating, paddleboarding, golfing, and walking on the beach are just a few of the things we enjoy together.

Favorite Meal: Corey loves anything seafood and makes the best homemade fish and chips and crabcakes! Alexis is a dessert before dinner type of person and enjoys ice cream and strawberry cheesecake.

Can’t Live Without: Our pets and family!

Favorite Place: Our favorite place that we have travelled to together is Ireland! They have the most amazing coastline with beaches full of seashells. The countryside looks a lot like Oregon, so green and beautiful. The people are so genuine and nice, the food is delicious and we enjoyed learning all the history that Ireland has to offer.

Best Day Ever: Swimming in the river in Thailand with elephants! We stayed in a rural village in Thailand at an elephant sanctuary where they save elephants from poachers and free them from captivity and animal cruelty. We got to take care of them by preparing their meals, feeding and bathing them. We enjoyed splashing and bathing the elephants in the river, it truly was the best day ever!

Favorite Family Traditions: Every year we host an annual Halloween Party at our house for all our friends and family. We have a giant costume party with a bounce house, pumpkin carving and ghost cookie decorating.

One of our favorite Christmas traditions is to attend the Aquarium lights at the Oregon Coast Aquarium and watch Scuba Santa read “The Night Before Christmas.” We attend the annual lighted boat parade in our town, play board games, make gingerbread houses, wear matching Christmas pajama’s and decorate orange men. Orange men are a family tradition on Alexis’ side of the family and are made of oranges decorated with marshmallows, gum drops and cloves.

We have many family traditions; they are so important to us and a wonderful way to create lasting memories!! We are excited and can’t wait to share them all with your child!
